There are two computers with the same name on the network in the active evidence. The Autonomous Agent asks the AM WS if it should perform a detection, but it returns the error "there are multiple computers with this name in the evidence". However, the error is only logged in the Agent log (if enabled). The Asset Management administrator may not know about the error until it starts investigating that the computer has not been detected for a long time.

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
