Approving won't start when the request would be approved automatically by the requester. There is no message in the request log, no e-mail notification to the solver and the request is not transited to next status after approving.

Příčina

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Řešení

Opraveno ve verzi 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (release 2023-04-13)

Náhradní řešení

Move to next status manually and let solver know what happened.

Kroky pro reprodukci tohoto chování

Proces has approving status with automatic start by scheme with approving by manager.
Requester has his manager out of office and he is also his substitute. So he is the approver now.
When request goes to the approving state, nothing seems to happen.
