ALVAO Asset Management 10.0 a vyšší

Příznaky

- The Alvao version is lower than 26.1.
- All entities from software library are gone, invisible, set asi "invalid".

The problem was caused by "broken" software library for old Alvao versions.

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Řešení

Oprava naplánována do verze 27.1 (code freeze features 2026-11-23 / fixes 2027-01-04; release 2027-02-04)

Náhradní řešení

1. Execute folowing SQL script on your Alvao database:

update tblCompany set dteTimeStamp={d'1990-01-01'}
update tblProduct set dteTimeStamp={d'1990-01-01'}
delete tblProductPack
update tblRegImage set dteTimeStamp={d'1990-01-01'}
update tblFileImage set dteTimeStamp={d'1990-01-01'}
update tblVersion set dteSwLib=null
delete tblSwLibUpdate

Note: this script "resets" the software library timestamps.

2. Restart the Alvao service so that the download of the new library begins immediately.
