SaaS initial setup

First registration

1. Go to your Alvao and sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID work or school user account.

   An Entra ID Organization Administrator (or Global Administrator) must grant consent for Alvao to read user information from Entra ID. For more details, see Microsoft Entra ID permissions overview.

   Trust center | Certifications & awards

2. Your account will be automatically added to the following user groups in your Alvao:

   • Administrators - to be able to access Administration.
   • Requesters - to be able to create tickets on the Home page.
   • Solvers – to see the Tickets page and be notified on new tickets from the agent‘s perspective.
   • Asset Management administrators – to have unlimited rights to the Asset Management.

Initial setup

Go to Administration - Initial setup and perform necessary initial setup steps.
