Edit

Use this form to edit the selected print report template.

Options:

  • Name - enter the template name.

  • Description - optionally, enter a description of the template.

  • Asset code type - select the asset label code format:

    • QR code
    • Barcode

    This option is available only for asset label templates.

  • Source property - select the object property from which the asset label barcode will be generated:

    • Inventory number
    • Serial number
    • Asset number

    Asset label QR codes always include values of all three object properties, in the order listed above.

  • Files - a list of files that define the template. Typically, this includes three mandatory files with the .rep, .htm, and .xsl extensions, or a single .htm file. The list may also include .css files and images (for example, in .gif or .png format).

    • Add files - upload more files.
