Service catalog

In this block you can choose which services will be included in the service catalog for users.

Options:

• Catalog selection
  • Simple catalog - choose this option if you want a simple service catalog provided by a single support team.
  • Advanced catalog - choose lines of business you want to support with Alvao. The specific services for each team will be added to the service catalog.

If you skip this block, you can later configure your service catalog on the Administration - Service Desk - Services page.
