New operating hours

The form is used to create new operating hours.

• Name - enter a name for the operating hours, e.g. 7x24, 5x8, office hours, etc.

• Description - if applicable, enter a text description of the operating hours.

• Time zone - select the time zone in which the operating hours will be entered and displayed.

• Exclude public holidays - select a region whose public holidays should be excluded from the operating hours. The field is optional. If no region is selected, no public holidays are excluded from operating hours. Start typing the country or region name and select the required region from the list. It may take a short time before the latest holidays are reflected in SLA and deadline calculations.

  For an on-premises setup from version 26.4: Public holiday data is update online. If the Alvao Server is disconnected from the internet, the list of regions may be limited.

• Notes - optionally enter any internal notes on the operating hours.
