New operating hours

The form is used to create new operating hours.

• Name - enter a name for the operating hours, e.g. 7x24, 5x8, office hours, etc.
• Description - if applicable, enter a verbal description of the operating hours.
• Time zone - select the time zone in which the operating time will be entered and displayed.
• Exclude public holidays - select the holiday region whose public holidays will be excluded from the operating hours. The field is optional. If no region is selected, public holidays are not excluded. Start typing the country or region name and select the required region from the list. The list can contain holiday regions provided by the holiday data provider and custom regions defined in the database. During database upgrade, holiday data is provided only for the default main regions: Czechia, United Kingdom, United States, and Slovakia. Holiday regions and holiday data for other regions are updated regularly only if AddinWeb is available. Holiday data is maintained only for regions that are used by at least one operating hours definition. If holiday data for the selected region is not available or is outdated, a warning is displayed below the field. After saving the operating hours, the holiday data for the selected region is updated in the background. It may take a short time before the latest holidays are reflected in SLA and deadline calculations.
