Alvao Intelligence

The Azure OpenAI service is used by the ALVAO Service Desk AI Assistant, ALVAO Knowledge Base AI Assistant, ALVAO Asset Management Intelligence, ALVAO Service Desk Intelligence, and ALVAO User Success AI Agent modules. Settings are similar to the Azure Computer vision service settings in the Web services setting. To use custom service, see Creating Azure OpenAI service.

Options:

  • Azure Open AI service
    • Enabled - to use all the AI-powered functions bellow you have to enable Azure Open AI service.
    • URL - enter the URL of your OpenAI.
    • Key - enter your key.
  • Embeddings
    • Model name - enter the name of the model you are going to use for embeddings.
    • Deployment name (optional) - you may enter name of the current deployment.
    • Total embedding count - bar graph with count of all embedded entities.
  • Chat
    • Model name - enter the name of the model you are going to use to chat.
    • Deployment name (optional)
  • Search - available starting from version 26.2.
