Knowledge

On this page you can see the selected knowledge.

Options:

  • Command panel

    • Translate - translate the record into your preferred language. Then, you can go back by clicking the Show original button.
      Requesters without any other role in any service view knowledge in their preferred language by default.
      This feature is available only with the ALVAO Automatic Content Translation module.
    • Other commands from the Knowledge base page;

  • Knowledge name (heading)

  • Statistics - knowledge statistics, the same as those displayed at the top of the Edit form. The statistics are shown only to users with permission to edit the knowledge.

  • Knowledge text

  • Was this helpful? - let the authors of this knowledge know whether the content is useful or needs improvement.
