Asset confirmation

Use this form to confirm newly assigned assets or verify that existing assets are still in your possession during regular asset checks.

Options:

• Newly assigned assets - a list of assets newly assigned to you.
• New handover forms - a list of newly issues handover forms in the ALVAO Electronic Handover Forms module.
• Asset check - a list of existing assets in you possession. This section is displayed only during regular asset checks.

Confirm or reject each asset by clicking the icons on the left, or use the Mark all as confirmed link above the lists to activate all confirmation icons. Then submit the form using the Confirm button.
