Documents

The table contains all the existing documents (invoices, handover protocols, ...).
If you are only selecting a document (for example when adding the link to document for an object), the options for document editing are not available.

  • New – create a new document.
  • Edit – edit the selected document.
  • Delete – delete the selected documents.
  • Void – mark the selected documents as voided.
    The Deleted column in the table will then display the date on which the document was voided. The Deleted by user column will include the name of the logged-in user who voided the voucher. Void documents are marked with a red cross icon in the list. If the selected document have been linked to some object, this change will also take effect in the log of the given object.
