Document

The tab allows to edit the data about the document.

Options:

  • Identification number 2 – insert other document identification number here eventually. (The Identification number is inserted on the Designation tab.)
  • Voided – enable if the document is not valid anymore.
  • Document type – select the document type from the menu.
  • Issue date – enter the document issue date.
  • Attachment – add attachments (e.g. invoice scan) eventually.
  • Document – Invoice – if the selected document type is Invoice
    • Vendor – select the vendor from the menu.
      • ... – select the vendor from the organizations list eventually.
  • Document – Handover protocol if the selected document type is Handover protocol
    • Person handing over – select the user handing over from the menu.
    • Person accepting – select the accepting user from the menu.
  • Signing Method (Handover protocol) – signing method of the handover protocol (available only after activating the ALVAO Electronic Handover Forms module).
  • Note – please enter the note for document eventually.
