Approve
The window serves to start approving the selected requests.
Options:
- Change the request status to – select the transition to a status the approval is being executed in.
This option is available only if there is another status with approval set on the request process (otherwise, the approval status is inserted automatically).
- Approve with scheme – select the scheme you want to approve the request with from the list. (Schemes can be managed in the ALVAO Admin application.)
- Approve by – select a person approving the request from the menu.
- Expires in (hours) – enter a number of hours after which will the approval end with the result Expired (the request status will change according to this result).
- Message for Approver – enter detailed information for the approver eventually.
Note: The message for approver will be sent to approver as a part of the notification. In case of approval according to the approval scheme, this message will be sent also to approvers in the next approval steps.
