Move to another service

The window serves to change the service for selected requests.

Options:

• Please select a service to move requests to – select the target service from the menu.
  • ... – select the service from the service tree eventually (in a new window).
• Solver
  • Do not change solver if possible – leave the request on the existing solver. It can be used only if the existing solver is also a solver on the target service.
  • Assign to solver – select a solver who is to be solving the request from the list.
    • ... – display the list of solvers.
    • View extraordinary solvers – enable, if you want to display users with Extraordinary solver permission on the target service in the menu. Extraordinary solvers will be displayed instead of common solvers.
  • Return to operators – select of you want the request to be returned to operators of the target service.
  • Comment – enter a reason why is the given request moved to another service.
• Work (h:m) – enter the time you spent moving the request (the form is hours:minutes).
• Time traveled (h:m) – enter the time you spent on the road (in the form hours:minutes) eventually.
• Distance (km) – an option to enter the number of kilometers you moved to resolve the request.
• Exclude from invoice – enable if you do not want the requester to see the time reported in the log.
  Note:

  In this case solver, operator or manager see the reported time as stricken through.
