Search in requests
The window allows to search for requests containing a specific text.
Options:
- Find – enter the searched expression. All words entered are searched for in the request name and the request number.
- Search in request logs – enable if you want to search also in the messages content in the request logs.
All requests containing the entered words in the name, note, request number or log (for subject, text, sender name and e-mail, recipient name and e-mail, and for attachments name) are found.
Notes: The searching can be speeded up significantly by enabling the Full-Text Search. Contact you administrator to enable the function. The Search in request logs option is available only if the Full-Text Search is enabled.
