Statistics

The window allows to create the Statistics – a HTML document containing a weekly summary of data from the Service Desk Operation Reports.

Options:

  • From – enter a date from which the information should be included in the statistics.
  • Until (except) – enter a date from which the information should not be included in the statistics eventually (information from this date will not be included).
  • Please select a service – from the menu please select a service for which you want to process the information.
    • ... – select the service from the service tree eventually (in a new window).
