Database

The menu provides commands for working with the ALVAO Service Desk Console database.

Options:

  • Database Manager – opening or creating a new database.
  • SQL query – opens the SQL query window.
  • Restore deleted items – restores the selected deleted items. To mark the deleted records you want to restore, you first need to display them using the context menu – Table – Display deleted items.
