Load messages from Outlook

In the window you can select the method of loading messages from MS Outlook. In order to operate properly, the messages to loading must be labeled and the access must be enabled in MS Outlook.

Options:

  • As new requests to service – from the menu select the service into which the new requests will be created from the messages labeled in MS Outlook (for more information see Loading messages from requesters from MS Outlook).
    • ... – select the service from the service tree eventually (in a new window).
  • As messages to an existing request – new the messages labeled in MS Outlook will be loaded to the selected request (for more information see Loading messages from requesters from MS Outlook).
