Select View – Search Asset Management to open the ALVAO Asset Management Console window and to search for the device relating to the Service Desk request in the tree.

Notification:

To use this command the AM Console must be installed on the computer or the path to AM Console EXE file must be set in the SD Console.

Tip:

In order to display objects linked to a request in a separate AM Console window use the Display in window command in the request detail on the Objects tab.
