Web stocktaking

The form is used to set the ALVAO Web-based Assigned Asset Check module.

Options:

• Command panel
  • Save – saves the settings and closes the form.
  • Restore the default text
    • Notification – inserts the default text into the Notification text field.
    • Forms – insert the default text into the Text on the form field.
• Notification – a template of a message sent to users at the start and, if necessary, even during the stocktaking. You can edit the text before sending each message. 
  • From – enter the e-mail address from which notifications will be sent. You can only enter an e-mail address, or a displayed name and e-mail address, e.g.: ALVAO DontReply <do-not-reply@domain.com>
  • Subject – enter the notification subject.
  • Text – enter the notification text. We recommend always stating a link to the ALVAO WebApp web inventory form in the text.
    Tip:

    You can return the notification text to its default status with the Restore default text – Notifications command.

  • Text on the form – enter an explanatory text that will be shown to users at the top of the web stocktaking form.

    You can return this text to its default status with the Restore default text - Form command.
