Approval Schemes

This page is used to manage approval schemes.

Options:

  • Command panel
    • New Scheme – creating a new scheme.
    • Make a copy – make a copy of the selected scheme.
    • Edit – editing the selected scheme. The menu shows the same commands as the blocks of the scheme preview. The schemes currently under approval are not editable. Use the Replace command to edit them.
    • Replace – if you want to edit a scheme that is locked for editing because it is currently under approval, use this command on that scheme. The command creates a copy of the selected scheme, replaces the selected scheme in all processes with this copy, and then deletes the selected scheme, but the pending approvals run according to it. You can edit the created copy of the scheme until it starts a new approval or until this new approval is ongoing. We recommend renaming the created copy of the scheme so that the scheme version is evident from the name, for example, specify the start date.
    • Delete – deleting the selected scheme. The schemes that are used in the settings of processes cannot be deleted. If you delete a scheme according to which approvals are currently running, the approvals will normally finish according to this scheme.
  • Table of approval schemes – contains all approval schemes. The table can be customized as needed.
  • Selected approval scheme – after selecting the approval scheme in the table, you will see a preview with information about the selected scheme on the right side. The Edit command is shown in individual blocks of the detail.
