Process

This page, or panel, shows information about the selected process. The data shown in individual blocks may be edited by the Edit command in the given block.

Options:

• Command panel – see the Command panel on the Processes page.
• Blocks
  • Name and description – process general data
  • Request items – all requests in services using this process have these data items.
  • Workflow – definition of request statuses and transitions between them.
