Settings

Here you can set ALVAO WebApp according to your preferences.

Options:

• Language – select your preferred language for the user interface and e-mail notifications.
• Time zone – select the time zone to be used for the time data in the application.
• Asset Management object view – select the object view mode on the My Asset page.
• Highlight unread requests in the requests lists – select the unread requests that are to be highlighted so that you are better able to recognize them in the list of requests. An unread request is a request containing a new event/message or a newly created request while you are a solver or operator of the service.
  • None – select if you don't want any requests highlighted.
  • To be resolved – select if you want all unread requests for resolution to be highlighted for you as a solver or operator (Yes in the To be resolved column).
  • All – select if you want that all unread requests are highlighted.
• Out of office – you can set someone as out of office or plan employee absence.
• Custom notification settings – select notifications that you wish to receive by e-mail.
• Signatures – define a personal or group signature to be displayed when you send messages in the selected services.
• Settings backup – create a backup or restore default settings.
• Change password – change your user password for logging in the application.
  Note: This option is not available if you log in WebApp via a Windows account (Active Directory account). In such a case, you can change your password in Windows.
