Users

The users of the ALVAO system and selected attributes of their profiles are displayed in the main window table.

Tip:

Customize the table: It is possible to filter and group, customize current view or create other views.

Edit menu options:

New – creating a new user.
Delete – deleting the user selected.
Restore deleted – restoring the selected deleted users. After selecting the deleted users you need to check in the menu View Display deleted items option.
Hide accounts – hiding the accounts of selected people.
In the settings of selected people it automatically checks the Hide in menus option.

Note:
Typically the auxiliary accounts are hidden in order to execute the Loading users from Active Directory correctly.
Restore hidden accounts – restoring the accounts of selected hidden people.
In the settings of selected hidden people it automatically unchecks the Hide in menus option.
Profile settings – setting the user profile by copying the other user's profile settings.
Set password – setting the user password.
Edit – editing the user selected.
