Symbol CS1504 Barcode Reader Manager
Use this window to work with barcodes read with the Symbol CS1504 barcode reader. You can select and enter barcodes as a property value (e.g. as a serial number), mass-create objects from the selected codes, set time and delete the reader content.
- Codes inside the reader – this list contains all the barcodes downloaded from the Symbol CS1504 barcode reader.
- Buttons
- Load codes – loads the codes from the reader.
- Set time – allows you to set correct time in the reader.
- Clear reader – deletes all codes from the reader.
- Create objects – set the batch import of objects from the selected barcodes. The option is only active, if a node is selected in the tree and the Manager has been opened from the toolbar or the menu.
The objects will be created in the tree under the node that is currently selected.
- Status "Used" – this option will set the status "Used" for the selected codes (green tick icon).
- Status "Deleted" – this option will set the status "Deleted" for the selected codes (red tick icon). These codes will be deleted only "virtually" from the program memory, not from the reader. (If you want to delete the barcode reader content, use the Clear reader button.)
- Search – finds the selected code in the properties of all objects in the database and displays the search results.
- Select – if the window has been opened with the barcode icon in the "Edit property" window, the currently selected barcode can be moved to the value of this property. This barcode will be automatically set to the "Used" status.
- Show "deleted" – the list of barcodes will also include barcodes that were previously deleted.
- Show "used" – the list of barcodes will also include barcodes that were previously used already.
Warning: The content of the table with barcodes and statuses (deleted, used) is saved in the program's cache. If you close the Console, this content will be lost permanently.
