Important notes

If you haven’t upgraded to the latest release for a while, please read carefully the Important notes for all the versions you’ve skipped before performing the upgrade. Follow any manual steps outlined in the instructions. These notes can be found on the download page of each version. For the version 25.3 and earlier, you will find the notes on the Release notes pages.

• The value of ServiceDeskAIAssistant.Settings in tProperty table is reset to default value to use new settings for AI models.
• Delete the unused custom fields CommunicationVector, FieldsVector and ObjectsVector in tables tHdTicketCust and tHdSectionCust.
