ALVAO User Success AI Agent
This extension module allows users to resolve their issues through a chat with an AI agent. The chat is available in:
- the search box on the Home page;
- the ALVAO for Teams application.

Configure the semantic vector store.
Operation
Home page
Go to the Home page and start chatting with the AI agent by typing your message into the search box at the top of the page.
ALVAO for Teams
The ALVAO bot provides the same information as the AI agent available on the Home page.
Operation details
The AI agent has access to the following data records and information sources:
- Knowledge base (optionally extended by ALVAO Knowledge Base SharePoint Connector)
- News
- Service - Description field
- My assets
- Tickets
- Internet (public websites)
