Load users from LDAP – Options

The window serves for advanced work with loading the user list from AD using LDAP.

Options:

• Personal name template – define the attributes from AD, from which the name and surname of people in ALVAO will be built. It is a global setting.
• Select the Active Directory attribute – select the attribute from predefined menu and insert it into the template above using the Insert button.
• Delete users who do not exist in AD – select this option if you want to delete users not found in AD from the ALVAO system.
• Load member groups outside the organization folder also – select this option if you are importing users from organizational unit (OU) and you want to take into account also a membership in groups located in another organizational units.
