The page displays a list of currently open requests whose values match the filter applied. The Process, Requester Department, Requester, Highest Service, Service, and Solver fields are displayed for filtering. Displays the number of filtered requests.

The report visualizes the structure of requests that were resolved last week in the form of disintegration according to the requester department, process, solver and service. Displays the number of filtered requests.

Solved requests – SLA fulfilling |
The page is used to analyze the requests resolved in the last week and the success of fulfilling the SLA commitments. It only displays requests that have a guaranteed first response or time to resolve within the SLA, the number of filtered requests, the breakdown requests according to SLA, and services. For requirements with a guaranteed first response and resolution according to SLA, it shows the success of fulfilling these deadlines.

The report is used to present the SLA's first response and resolution in the previous calendar month.
Displays percentage (%) of completed responses over requests with a guaranteed first response in a given month or completed first response in a given month (even if the first response was guaranteed in subsequent months).
Displays percentage (%) of completed solutions over requests with a guaranteed resolution in a given month or completed resolution in a given month (even if it was guaranteed in subsequent months).
