The menu makes available the next agendas related to using the ALVAO Service Desk.

Options:

  • Requests
    • Requests – allows members of the solver team to display the requests lists according to the predefined criteria after selecting the specific person.
      The requests list will be displayed in a new window of the application and the user may customize it.
      • Requests by the requester – displays only the requests submitted by the selected person. (Or the requests submitted by the requester from the selected organization eventually.)
      • Solver's requests – displays only the requests being solved by the selected person. (Or the requests solved by the solver from the selected organization eventually.)
      • Requests resolved – displays only the requests resolved by the selected person. (Or the requests resolved by the solver from the selected organization eventually.)
      • Requests – activates or opens a window with all requests available (the SD Console initial window).
    • Request templates – displays the request templates list in a new window.
  • Log
  • Contacts – people and contacts can be edited only by users with the Contact administrator or Contact manager role.
  • Information
  • Attendance
  • View
    • Filter – adds a field for Filtering under the main table title bar.
    • Tree – displays the tree structure allowing to group requests into services, solvers or requesters in the left upper part of the window, or to create custom tree eventually.
    • Deleted items – displays the deleted items (e.g. requests, events, ...).
      Note:
      The deleted items are not displayed in the HTML log but in the Small log (a table to the left from the HTML log).
