Current News

Current news can be displayed in SD Console under View – Current news command or in the ALVAO WebApp main menu under Current news command. Both of these commands will take you to the Current news page in ALVAO WebApp. The page will be displayed in the read mode.

In this mode, the news are displayed in a list which includes the news headline, message displayed date and the beginning of the news text. In the read mode, messages are sorted in ascending order based on the display order. If there are more news with the same display order, these news will be displayed in descending order based on the Display from item.

The Current news page displays current information on planned and running system downtimes etc.
Current news should use the form of news issued by Technical Support Department.
The Manage button on the Current news page is displayed to solver team members who can use it to switch to the edit mode.
