Areas
Request can contain the text item Area which is used for sorting and identifying requests. The list of areas can be edited in ALVAO Admin using the Manage – Service Desk – Services – Edit command on the Areas tab. This will display a list of categories which you can then edit with the common commands New, Edit, and Delete.
In addition to predefined values, you can also enter custom values when creating or editing requests.
If you want to display the Area item for requests in a specific service, the Area item needs to be defined within the process used by the specific service.
