Editing Knowledge

			- By the Manage command in the knowledge base display a page for knowledge base management.
 
			- In the knowledge overview select the knowledge you want to edit and then use the Edit command from menu.
 
			- Opens a new tab with the form to edit knowledge.
 
			- Edit the knowledge name, annotation and text; add or remove the attachment eventually.
 
			- To select services you want to assign knowledge to, click on the Edit (pencil) button in the Knowledge assigned to services section.
 
			- Select services you want to assign knowledge to in the opened window.
 
			- Enable or disable the Show to the requesters option. Please refer here.
 
			- Click OK to confirm your edit.
 
			- Displays the knowledge preview.
 
			- Check the final form of the knowledge.
 
			- You can return to the knowledge overview by closing the knowledge preview tab.
 
		 
    		
            	
            	Note:  You can also edit the knowledge by searching and selecting in on the Knowledge base page and by clicking to Edit.   To edit the knowledge you must be a member of the solver team for the service which the knowledge is assigned to. If the knowledge is assigned to no service, it can be edited by a member of the solver team for any service.
