In the window you can select the database type you want to add to the database list in the manager. Existing database can be connected from any ALVAO console.

• Open existing database – select Other (SQL, server, ...) if you want to open the already existing database.
  Set the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server as the database connection provider in the next step.
• Create new database – select if you want to create a new database.
  Warning:

  The new database can be created only in the ALVAO Admin application using the File – Database – Add more command. This option is not accessible in other ALVAO products.
