Description of Object to XML Export

The tree structure in the Asset Management can be exported into XML format. You can find a description of individual tags (entities) used in the structure below.

  • ICONLIST – list of icons including binary form
    • ICON – icon
      • UID – unique identifier of system icons
      • DATE – icon binary data (24-bit BMP without FILEHEADER)
  • KINDLIST – list of property definitions
    • KIND – property definitions
      • NAME – name
      • ICON – icon name
      • ORDER – order
      • FLAGS – bit map of property attributes settings, (0x0002=uses the value list, 0x0020=inheritable, 0x1000=unique,0x2000=selection only)
      • VALUELIST – list of static values
      • VALUEKINDID – name of the property which the value list is shared from
        • VALUE – value in the value list
      • UNIQUE – unique
      • GLOBALSCOPE – global across all objects
      • SELECTONLY – selection only
      • ACCOUNTING – values can be edited by the accountant role
      • CLEANVALUEBYCOPYING – clean the value when copying the object
  • NODE – object in the tree
    • NAME – name in the tree
    • ICON – icon name
    • CLASSID – object kind ID
    • CLASS – object kind
    • HIDDEN – system object
    • STATE – bit map of object attributes settings (0x16=hidden object)
    • AUTOUPDATE – update automatically based on detection
    • IGNOREDIFFERENCES – ignore differences against the registry
    • PROPLIST – object properties list
      • PROP – property
        • VALUE – value
        • KIND – property kind
        • STATE – bit map of property flags (0x10=defines the name in the tree, 0x40=do not inherit property)
        • NAMEORDER – order in object name
        • INHERITABLE – inherit property
    • HISTORYLIST – object history
      • HISTORY – one history record
        • DATE – date
        • DESC – description
        • USER – user
        • FLAGS – bit map of flags (more in the chapter on the ALVAO database).
    • NODELIST – list of NODE child objects
    • SWLIST – list of SW installed on the computer
      • SW – installed product name, attributes:
        • CAT – category (1=operating system)
        • TYPE – 1=commercial, 2=freeware, 3=shareware, 4=not specified
        • LICNAME – name of the license covering the installation
        • SERIALNUM – license activation key
        • FROMPACK – product is a package component
        • INSTUSER – installed by
        • INVNUM – inventory number for license
        • INVOICE – invoice number for purchased license
        • PARAM1 – user field on product
        • PARAM2 – user field on product
        • INSTDATE – installed in
        • DETINSTDATE – installation detected
        • AUTHORIZED – approved installation
