Organization

The Organization groups people based on their companies. This feature is only important if your Service Desk provides services to external clients from multiple companies.

The list of available organizations can be edited under ALVAO Admin – Manage – Service Desk – Organizations. This will display a list you can edit with the common commands New organization, Edit, and Delete.

Warning:
If you delete an organization which contains users, the users will be deleted too.

You can assign users to organizations in ALVAO Admin – the Users view. Each user can have a maximum of one organization.
