ALVAO Employee Management

The module supports the processes of employment, end of employment and the change of the employee contact information

Installation and Activation

On the server where the ALVAO WebApp application is installed, run the AlvaoEmployeeManagement.msi installation package and follow the Wizard instructions.

Note:
The module version must be the same as the ALVAO WebApp application version.

The module must be activated with the activation key which you can receive from your ALVAO system vendor. Activation key provides the system administrator in the ALVAO Admin application by the File – Activation command.

Form templates

The module contains these templates of the custom new request forms :

Form Name Form Purpose
EmployeeManagement_EmployeeNew_NewTicket Beginning of new employment.
NewTicket EmployeeManagement_EmployeeLeave_NewTicket End of employment.
EmployeeManagement_EmployeeUpdateDetails_NewTicket Changing the contact information of a current employee.

The templates are saved in the Custom/Templates/EmployeeManagement folder of ALVAO WebApp. Each template consists of 2 files: .cshtml and .cs (located in the Code/ folder) plus the Resources folder containing 5 .resx files.

Creating custom forms

When creating the custom forms using the supplied templates follow the standard procedure for creating custom new request forms.
