Search Results

  • Tree – displays the search results.
  • Items found – displays the number of items found.
  • Select in tree – select the item found in the tree. Use the Select in tree item in the context menu, or double-click a specific item.
    The object to which the found item is referenced will be selected in the Objects Tree and the object details in the currently selected tab will be updated.
  • Mark in the tree – select the item found in the tree. Use the Mark in the tree item in the context menu.
    The object to which the found item is referenced will be selected in the Objects Tree.
  • Print Report – opens the search results print report preview window.
  • MS Excel – exports the search results to MS Excel.
  • Export to file – saves the search results to a CSV or XML file.
  • New search – use this if you want to enter new search conditions or a new query.
  • Insert to stocktaking – inserts the objects found in the search to the active asset stocktaking.
