Paid overtime hours

The Employee’s monthly report contains information about overtime, i.e. about the sum of hours worked which are reported beyond the scope of working hours. Overtime can be depleted in the form of compensatory time off (no work nor time off is recorded into the attendance) or it can be settled e.g. by payment.

Log of paid overtime hours

You can only record overtime hour payment for your direct subordinates or for yourself if you have no manager.

  1. In the Employee’s monthly report you want to record the paid overtime hours to, select the Paid overtime hours command in the top right.
  2. Record the paid overtime hours by the Add command.
  3. If necessary, you can edit or delete the records by clicking the "..." in the given record row, where you can select the Edit command, Delete command respectively, from the menu.
