User Permissions
The work with links requires roles of the user logged into the system. Only the users permitted by the following table can see, add, edit, remove or visualize links in the MS Visio:

1If permissions in the Object Tree are used, the links manager can work with the links only if he has also the permission to edit the given object and at least the permission to read the linked object.
Notes:
- The permission to see the links means that the user can see the Links tab of the selected object and all its links there (including also the links to objects which he does not have the permissions to).
- If the links point to an object which the user has no permissions to and therefore he can not see it in the tree, the function from the context menu – Mark object in tree is inactive.
- If some of the links can not be removed when removing multiple links, the user will be informed about that and these links remain marked in the list.
