Application Management

ALVAO Monitoring attempts to find the corresponding application for each active window. This is done with the help of the Software Products Library.

Applications are assigned directly during Agent data processing. Additionally, the Monitoring Server updates the assignment for all active windows once in every 24 hours, at night.
