Loading Messages from MS Outlook

  1. Go to the Incoming folder in MS Outlook and select the message or messages that you want to load into the Console as new requests.
  2. In the Requests to be resolved window, right-click on the Requests List (top part of the window) and select Load messages from MS Outlook from the context menu.
  3. If you own permissions to multiple services, select exactly one service to save the new requests to.
  4. A window will open where you need to permit the access to the data stored in MS Outlook. Permit the access for 1 minute.
  5. The selected messages will be loaded into the database and displayed in the Requests List.

The logs of requests loaded with this procedure will include the entire message text, including all attachments.
One new request will be created per message. The request will be assigned to the solver who has created the request in this way. For more information regarding loading messages to existing requests, please refer to Loading Requester Messages From MS Outlook
