Excess of Asset Management License

If there are more computers than the system is licensed for in the objects tree, the system functionality will be limited. Remove the extra computers from registry or enter the activation key with larger license gained from your ALVAO system vendor.

Tip:
After removing the computers launch the console again or use the Help – About command which controls the license again and restores the blocked functionalities eventually.

Functionality limitation applies only to the last added computers exceeding the license. The functionality remains fully unchanged for computers entered into the registry before exceeding the license.

Hardware and software detections are not performed for computers exceeding the license and it is not possible to load their manual detections into the system. Those computers are neither displayed nor counted in the Overview of licenses and installations window or on the Software for organizational part tab.

Note:
Computes in the Disposed assets, Recycle bin, Object templates and Object samples folders are not counted into the license.
