Definition of properties

You can create new, user-defined properties to describe objects. For example, if you want to save personal e-mail addresses for your employees (the User object), you can create a new property Personal E-mail and insert it to the object User in the Object Templates.

To create a new property, select Tools – Lists – Property definition in the main menu. The Property definition window opens with a list of all properties that you can edit as required.
