Monthly Service Bill

The Monthly Service Bill is only available on the SD WebApp and is intended for requesters. This page is available from the user menu at the top-right corner of the screen. It contains a table of requests submitted by the logged-in user and by all of his/her junior employees. The Department Manager or the client's manager thus have an overview of the utilization of services and requests. Clicking on the request name will bring you to the request details.

The page includes only those requests with time spent on resolving in the selected month is greater than null. The top section of the page also includes the total amount of time reported for the selected month and for the displayed requests. The client's manager thus has an overview of the amount of time spent on his/her requests.
