Keyboard Shortcuts
You can use the following shortcuts in the ServiceDesk Console application:
General shortcuts
You can use the following shortcuts for editing the ServiceDesk Console main window and for working with the requests list. (Some of them can be found also in the ribbon.)

Editing the selected request or record in the log. |
Delete |
Deletes the selected requests or records in the log. |
Ctrl+F1 |
View/hide the ribbon (with commands). |
F5 |
Updates the requests list. |
Ctrl+P |
Requests table print – the requests list is displayed in the HTML document window. |
Ctrl+L |
View/hide filter in the requests table. |
Ctrl+A |
Select all the displayed requests. |
Shortcuts for some other actions in the ribbon
All the following actions can be induced both by keyboard shortcut and by clicking on icon in the ribbon. Serves for work when solving the request.
Shortcuts for other SDC windows
The following keyboard shortcuts can not be used in the ServiceDesk Console main window, bzt you can use them, for example, in the New request, Assign to solver, etc. window.
