Assets

The window allows you to save or edit any data on the assets found during the stocktaking process.

  • Object kind – shows the edited object kind.
  • Object name – shows the object name in the tree.
  • Asset kind, Asset name, Asset number,... (object properties)
    • Loaded (edited) values – enter valid values of the object (asset) properties. The values found during the stocktaking are displayed.
    • Registered (original) values – shows the values of the object (asset) properties written in the registry before the stocktaking began.
  • Stocktaking date – shows the date when the stocktaking has been performed.
  • Stocktaking status – shows the stocktaking result.
  • Locked for editing – enable if you want to disallow further edits of this stocktaking item.
  • Transferred – the option is enabled if the asset has been transferred to a different user based on the stocktaking process.
  • Processed – enable, if the item has already been processed and that all changes have been saved to the Asset Registry. If so, the option is enabled.
  • Note – add any note eventually.
