SD: New (linked) request form - If the user selects a service where he has no solver permission (he is only a requester), he can choose SLA and assign the request to the solver

Symptoms
The user can set request fields (SLA, solver) at the request which is in the service where he does not have the solver permission.
Cause
The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.
Solution
Fixed in release 11.1.2039 - 11.1/SP1 (2023-09-14)
Workaround

Steps to reproduce this behavior
Set the solver role for the user to service A
Set only the SLA for the same user to the service B
Choose service B via the "New request" or "New linked request" form
