SD WA - Requests - New request - Displays message "Leave site?" when clicking on the attachment link

Symptoms

On the page for creating a new request, a message box will appear asking "Leave Site? Changes you made may not be saved." after clicking on the attachment link. The text depends on the browser used and the culture.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.1096 - 11.1 (2023-04-13)

Workaround

Click the Leave button. The attachment will be downloaded and the page will remain unchanged.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

Open the page to create new request. Upload an attachment and click on the link to download it.
