Requests - Slow loading

Symptoms

Some views load slowly.

Cause

The cause is a bug in ALVAO products.

Solution

Fixed in release 11.1.2039 - 11.1/SP1 (2023-09-14)

Workaround

Recomendations:

  • Do not order view by column Created. Use Request number instead.
  • Use filter on column Created. For example "> @today - 30" for showing requests that were created in the last 30 days.
  • Hide column Priority.
  • Hide links.
